I saw it too! I feel Bill Gates looks awkward. Jerry Seinfeld is trying too hard... it makes me uncomfortable watching two people try to be something we know they aren't. I think it failed miserably.

This is a great example of a company leaving a dated campaign in the dust for a newer better more timely concept. http://www.clickz.com/showPage.html?page=3630713
~G

I agree. How sad is it that your competitor's ad paints you in a better light than your own ad?

I don't get it either.

According to MS, this is just the first phase, "...designed to engage consumers and spark a new conversation about Windows – a conversation that will evolve as the campaign progresses, but will always be marked by humor and humanity."

How does this 'spark a conversation about Windows'?!

Jerry Seinfeld is becoming more unfunny with each passing day - from the Genius of Seinfeld to the kind-of-ok Amex ads with Superman, to the horribly over-exposed Bee Movie stuff, to this!

I think the Mac vs PC ads work better for Microsoft than this - the PC guy may be a loser, but at least he's likable!

How does this ‘spark a conversation about Windows’?!

Jerry Seinfeld is becoming more unfunny with each passing day – from the Genius of Seinfeld to the kind-of-ok Amex ads with Superman, to the horribly over-exposed Bee Movie stuff, to this!
