Love the Old Spice Man? Get a Personal Tweet From Him!
The “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” campaign has proven to be TV advertising gold! Now, Old Spice has now taken this concept to a new level and added social media. Isaiah Mustafa (the man) is now recording personalized video clips for fans, tweeters, celebrities and YouTube commenters. If you love the commercials then you will love these 15-45 second spots!
Advertising, Social Media, Smart Phones … Oh my!
Calvin Klein has found an extremely creative way to incorporate traditional, social and mobile advertising and marketing. They’ve replaced three billboards in California and New York with a QR code. If you take a picture of the code with a smart phone, you get a 40-second commercial that you can then post on your Facebook and Twitter pages. QR codes are being used on business cards, in magazine ads, on Google Local stickers and now a billboard. What’s next?
